Lifetime warranty: what does it cover?
Our products are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect provided that the conditions of use have been respected.
Please note that the lifetime guarantee does not cover::
- Wearing parts (handles, wrist straps/gauntlets, tips) except for a production defect identified by the manufacturer.
- Defects caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of the user, such as broken tubes.
- The user of the product is responsible for regularly examining and maintaining their product to extend its lifespan.
- Products intended for demonstration or rental are subject to multiple users at random.
If you notice a problem or defect, it is advisable to stop using the product until it is repaired or replaced. The first person to contact is your Guidetti retailer or reseller. In order to recognize our lifetime warranty, you must imperatively present them with your proof of purchase to benefit from it.
This warranty is not transferable and will expire on the date of resale of the product to another person. It can therefore only be applied to the person holding the status of original purchaser. It is recommended to request a nominative purchase invoice from the brand's reseller point of sale.
