If you notice a problem or defect, it is advisable to stop using the product until it is repaired or replaced. The first person to contact is your Guidetti retailer or reseller. In order to recognize our lifetime warranty, you must imperatively present them with your proof of purchase to benefit from it.
This warranty is not transferable and will expire on the date of resale of the product to another person. It can therefore only be applied to the person holding the status of original purchaser. It is recommended to request a nominative purchase invoice from the brand's reseller point of sale.
