Integrated into our website, the Guidetti customization configurator allows you to create fully personalized hiking poles according to your wishes. The possibilities are endless: add your own images, photos, patterns, personalized texts... Thanks to an intuitive interface and real-time 3D visualization, you can design unique poles that reflect your style and needs.
How to customize your poles? What are the possibilities? In this FAQ, or "Frequently Asked Questions", we have gathered as many questions as possible that you may have about customization.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMIZATION CONFIGURATOR
● Color choices: Customize the center part of the stick with a wide range of available colors.
● Adding patterns and designs: Import your own pre-made design
● Custom text: Write a name, quote, or special date on your stick.
● Real-time visualization: Instantly see the changes on your stick in 3D.
1- Go to our website and click on “100% customizable” to launch the customization software
2- Customize the elements: choose a background color, upload your own images, enter your text and choose the font
3- Use the 3D view to examine your creation from all angles and then make any necessary modifications
4- Once satisfied with the result, add your stick to the cart and finalize your order
The lightning button allows the stick to fully extend through an animation. This gives you a dynamic, global view of your creation, allowing you to better appreciate its design from all angles.
To clearly visualize your creation and see your staff from all angles:
● Use the mouse to rotate the stick in all its angles and reposition it as you wish
● The “Play” button allows you to animate the stick by making it spin around itself, thus offering a complete view of your design.
● The lightning button deploys the staff, allowing you to get a general view of its appearance when fully extended
● Use the zoom by scrolling your mouse wheel or clicking the zoom buttons to observe every detail of your customization in detail
ABOUT CUSTOMIZING MY STICKS
In the customization area, click “Add Content,” then select “Add Text.”
Then click the pencil icon to enter your custom text.
You can then edit your text at the top of the page: choose the font, adjust the size, and select the color that suits you.
Using your mouse, freely rotate the text to fit your design.
Still in the customization area:
● Click “Add Content,” then select “Add Image.”
● Then click on the pencil icon to import your file.
● Browse your image library and choose the one you want to add to your design.
You can then adjust the size, positioning, and orientation to your liking.
Dans l’espace de personnalisation, vous avez la possibilité de modifier la couleur de fond de votre bâton. Pour cela, sélectionnez l’encart “Couleur de fond”, puis choisissez la teinte souhaitée. Vous pouvez soit entrer directement un code couleur, soit utiliser le curseur pour ajuster la nuance à votre convenance et obtenir le rendu parfait.
To zoom, use your mouse wheel or your computer's touchpad to zoom in or out. You can also use the zoom buttons located in the bottom right corner of the configuration screen. This will allow you to observe every detail of your custom stick in detail.
It is entirely possible to combine multiple patterns or textures on your custom hiking pole. You can integrate different visuals, whether patterns, images, or elements in PNG format, and position them freely across the entire surface of the pole. Make sure to respect the design space boundaries displayed in the tool. This ensures that your graphic elements will be correctly printed on the pole, without any distortion or unintentional cutting. You can thus adjust the size and placement of your designs to create a harmonious and unique composition.
- To delete an existing element, simply return to the management area of each element and click on the trash can icon. You can then remove any pattern, image or text in an instant.
- If you want to add a new element, click on + “Add Content” or + “Add an image” and import the element of your choice. You can then move and adjust it freely on the surface of the stick.
- Finally, the pencil icon allows you to modify the elements already integrated at any time: resizing, rotating, changing color… Everything is possible to customize your stick to your taste!
- Duplicate the elements you want using the “Duplicate” icon located next to the pencil and trash can icons.
Yes! If you're lacking inspiration, we offer several predefined models inspired by our already existing and emblematic poles: Massif des Alpes, Massif des Pyrénées, Mont-Blanc and Saint-Jacques.
You can choose one of these designs as a base and customize it as you wish. For example, you can simply add your first and last name, or insert other first names while maintaining the visual identity of the selected model.
To import a logo or visual into the configurator, your file must be in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, or SVG. We particularly recommend the PNG format if you want to integrate an image with a transparent background.
The maximum size allowed: 2 MB. Make sure your file respects this limit to ensure smooth integration into your design.
A PROPOS DE LA FINALISATION DE MA CRÉATION
You can save your creation and come back to it later!
Just click the “Save” button, and your design will be stored in your customer area. You can then easily find it and make changes at any time before finalizing your order.
Once your creation is saved, you will find its BAT (*.pdf file) to download in your customer account under the "my 3D customizations" tab
Finalizing your order is a simple and usual process:
● Find your creation in your customer area
● Click on the “Order” button to add your personalized stick to your basket
● Proceed to payment by following the usual steps
The manufacturing time for a personalized product at Guidetti is 1 week to 10 days.
Since each stick is custom-made according to your design, this time is necessary to guarantee a quality result and perfect personalization. Once your stick is ready, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
