The  HORIZON 2 MK2 ski touring poles are ideal for ski touring and splitboarding. All our poles are made in France in our factory in the heart of the Alps.

These ski touring poles are very compact because they are made of two strands of Ultra tech 7075 aluminum, a very high quality aluminum. The two aluminium strands guarantee great strength to accompany you on your mountain outings. Our poles are repairable for life.

The Easylock adjustment system is a feature of all our aluminium ski touring poles, such as the HORIZON 2 MK2. This system makes it easy to adjust the length of the poles according to the specific needs and your ride.

The HORIZON 2 MK2 is an ultra-compact ski touring pole with this two-strand aluminum and very strong with its diameter of 18 millimeters.

The long foam handle and breathable wrist strap are important elements of ski touring poles, such as the HORIZON 2, which contribute to their comfort and versatility.

They are sold with two types of baskets, they are versatile ski touring poles, usable in winter as well as in summer:

- Snowflex winter baskets: with a larger diameter, they allow you to ski in powder snow and improve the lift of the pole. The flexibility of the puck guarantees optimal grip by adapting to the inclination of the court.

- FullTrek Summer Baskets: recommended for rough terrain, they help prevent your pole from getting stuck and/or breaking by getting it stuck in a crack or between rocks.

These ski touring poles are sold with two pairs of baskets and two protective caps for the tips. The two washers allow you to use these sticks in summer as well.

The Easy-Lock clamshell adjustment system guarantees simple, effective stick height locking thanks to its external clamping system.

Available in plastic or aluminum for added aesthetic appeal, this system will not wear out.

Little advice : make sure you adjust the height on both sections to ensure good balance.

Tres bon produit

Produit très satisfaisant pour la pratique du ski de randonnée mais aussi de la randonnée

Bâtons de ski horizon

Produit reçu rapidement et conforme a mes attentes. Je ne les ai pas encore essayé mais ils sont de très bonne qualité !! Merci Guidetti. Je suis très content d'avoir acheté ces batons en plus d.etre de fabrication française ils ont un beau design.

Utilisation en ski de randonnée

Domaine d'utilisation : Ski de randonnée. Poignées longues très pratiques et confortable. Baton bien solide. Bonne accroche de pointes. Par contre, rondelles beaucoup trop souples pour la poudreuse. Les deux cassées au bout de 5 jours. De plus, pas de rondelle plus rigide disponible sur le site en remplacement. Dommage, sans ce défaut technique, la note de 5 aurait été largement méritée.

La souplesse de la rondelle garantit une accroche optimale en s’adaptant à l’inclinaison du terrain. Un problème de casse n'est malheureusement pas impossible et sommes désolés de ce désagrément. Afin d'améliorer leur résistance sur tout type de terrains et de neiges, nous sommes en train de breveter un tout nouveau modèle de pointe + rondelles (sortie en 2023).
